Thanks to crazy redistricting I *think* this is the current map of the 32nd US Congress district of Texas (the faint red line is the outline). I got this information from this site, used a GIS program to convert it to google earth coordinates, and used a google map overlay. If you want the google maps KMZ file just let me know in comments and I'll post a download link.
